"RESOLUTION SETTING RATES AND SERVICE FEES OF THE CITY OF GLENWOOD
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2010
WHEREAS, the Glenwood City Council shall establish rates for fees and services; and
THEREFORE, the Glenwood City Council sets the following rates and fees by Resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Glenwood, Iowa,
that these rates and service fees become effective on March 1, 2010.
Duly passed and approved this 23rd day of February, 2010.
