RESOLUTION SETTING PLANNING & ZONING RATES FOR THE CITY OF GLENWOOD, IOWA EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2007

The Glenwood City Council hereby establishes the following rates for applications for Plat of Survey, Property Line Adjustment, Administrative Plat, Minor Subdivision Plat, Major Subdivision Sketch Plat, Preliminary Plat and Final Plat. These rates apply to applications made in Area A, as well as for review and comment of plats within Area B, as indicated in the Two-Mile Limit Area 28E Agreement between the City of Glenwood and the Mills County Board of Supervisors.

Plat of Survey $50.00

Property Line Adjustment $50.00

Administrative Plat $50.00

Minor Subdivision Plat $150.00

Major Subdivision Sketch Plat $50.00

Preliminary Plat $10.00/lot+ $250.00

Final Plat $200.00

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Glenwood, Iowa, that these rates be effective November 1, 2007.

Duly passed and approved this 23rd day of October, 2007.
