Dog Licensing Information
If you live in Mills County, IA (except for the cities of Malvern or Emerson) and you own, keep or harbor one or more dogs, six or more months of age you are required to license them. Dog licenses are due yearly and expire on December 31st. Licensing is delinquent after February 28th of each year or one month after a dog reaches six months of age.
You will need the following, along with your completed application.

* If your dog gets lost, a license tag on your dog's collar is the fastest way to reunite you and your dog.
* Licensing lets people know that your canine companion has received required vaccinations that protect your dog from rabies.
