Glenwood, Iowa, is located in Mills County, and sits in the beautiful Loess Hills which overlook the mighty Missouri River.  A National Scenic By-Way brings you to Glenwood from north to south and a four mile drive from Interstate 29 brings you here from the west.  The Glenwood Exit on I-29 is 15 miles south of the nation's crossroad of I-29 and I-80.  Glenwood has a culture of traditional values based on its agricultural past.  Some of the attractions you will find in the area are:

            racing weekends during the spring, summer, and into the fall.

Omaha and Council Bluffs are only 20 to 30 minutes away where all forms of entertainment abound including casinos, professional baseball and the nationally acclaimed Henry Doorly Zoo.
