Central Iowa Marriage Encounter is an interfaith organization devoted to strengthening marriages. As such our mission is to offer Marriage Encounter weekends to couples in central Iowa, to hold activities that enhance marriage and family, and to promote national conferences.

National Marriage Encounter weekends follow a process of discovery, which provides an opportunity for spouses to renew their own marriages privately away from the distractions of everyday life. Sharing is only between a husband and wife.
Join us to begin your journey of discovery, to relax and refresh, to spend time with people who value marriage hightly. A Marriage Encounter weekend is wonderful for marriages at any stages. We meet in a local motel from Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon. See also publicity poster and a downloadable brochure with additional information and a registration blank.

The 2011 National Marriage Encounter Conference will be held in Stevens Point, WI on July 22-24, 2011. If you haven't attended a National ME Conference or missed several, this is the place to be. The conferences are always inspiring, educational, and fun! Besides they make great starting or ending places for vacations. The University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point and central Wisconsin have a lot to offer as travel destinations and trips. Registration form.

National Marriage Encounter enables people to discover God’s vision of marriage and family life, thereby leading them to a clearer understanding of their relationship with each other and with God.
