This home is located in Campo Las Arenas , just steps to the water, and is walking distance from Downtown San Felipe.
It is in an isolated area with limited access which allows for quiet enjoyment of the sea and sand.
The community is composed of a friendly group from the states who welcome visitors.
We have 1 bedroom and 2 baths. There are sleeper sofas in the Living Room and the Den. For eating and socializing, you have your choice of a dining area or the breath taking Captains' Table overlooking the ocean.
There's A/C and fans throughout.
Amenities include DirecTV antenna (bring your own box) and both wireless and high speed Ethernet access.
