Step 5 - 2nd visit with Social Worker in Cedar Rapids, Ia.

Step 6 - Homestudy with Bethany Christian Services

completed - 3/5/04

Step 7 - International Adoption Training Session at Bethany in Pella

completed - 4/3/04

Step 8 - Fingerprinted in DesMoines / Julie applies for passport

completed - 4/6/04

Step 9 - Petition for an Orphan approval from INS

approved! - 4/29/04

Step 10 - Completed paperwork (Dossier) sent to China (DTC)

DTC (dossier to China) - 6/10/04

Step 11 - China approval and officially logged into the queue to be matched with a child

LID (login date) - 6/21/04

Step 12 - 1st set if immunizations (Hep A, Hep B, measels)
