Requests for RAGBRAI Housing

RAGBRAI is Coming to Ames!

RAGBRAI, the Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, will be passing through Ames, Iowa on Tuesday, July 22nd. The many bikers who will arrive here will need housing. Although most bikers will camp in designated areas, some will want to spend the evening in a home here in Ames.

To help facilitate contacts between persons wishing to host bikers and bikers seeking housing on Tuesday evening, we have developed two forms that can be downloaded, completed, and returned to the Ames Noon Kiwanis Club.

Although we cannot be responsible for any personal or property damages that might occur from our efforts, we want to help bikers and local residents contact one another for possible housing.
