Chapter 1 The Memory

His name is Dart, well in "The World" anyways. He's a Blade-master wielding a sword with a golden handle with lion heads( at the cross tips edge thingy). He's 6' 5" wearing red armor and blue jeans. He has brown messy hair and red eyes. Today is the second day he's logged in, after entering Mac Anu, the main route town for the delta server, he went to the ally way behind the magic shop. "Hi Dart!", said a Heavy Blader. She was an inch or two shorter then Dart, she had the same brown hair but had blue-green, eyes instead of Darts fire red. "So you're Mimmaru?" asked Dart."Yes, I am." She smiled weakly but looked anxious. "So," began Dart," what do you want, and more importantly how do you know who I am.?" she looked at him smiled and said," We'll get to that later.Oh hi Cloud!" Dart turned around to see a man taller than Cloud walk up. He had messy blond hair and baby blue eyes. He wore a black T-shirt and blue jeans. "Hey Mimmaru," he paused looked at Dart then said," Hello, Dart." Dart thought Cloud could be a Heavy Blader but what the funny thing was is he had a katana. Dart spoke up," That katana looks very small on you." Cloud smirked," Yes i know but I find a katana more efficient then a giant sword." Dart smiled, he understood what Cloud meant." Well," spoke up Mimmaru, " Lets go meet the others shall we.?" Dart still confused went with them to the Chaos Gate. They warped to the Wasteland field then took another gate to a place called the Church. There they met up with another Blade-master named Bear, a Heavyblade named Venus and a Wavemaster boy named, Tsukasa. Venus was the same height as Dart and was very beautiful. She walked up to him and said hi. Dart backed up," Who are you people?" he asked," I don't know any of you." Dart," Mimmaru spoke up,"We all are your friends, but you lost your memory one year ago." Dart shook his head," No! I don't know any of you!" Tsukasa walked up to him and raised his staff. There was a white flash then black. When Dart woke up he found himself standing in front of the Chaos Gate in Mac Anu, it was midnight now and all Dart could remember was the light." A light, then twelve hours later?" Dart thought to himself," Whats goin' on, who are those people, how do they know my name. OW my head." Then suddenly he sees flashes in his mind. He is fighting a ball with tentacles. He sees all those people. Darkness, complete black, he wants to see more to understand what's going on. Then he sees the ball shoot a tentacle at Venus! " Venuuuuus!" he shouts! He's lying on the ground in Mac Anu,"What was that?" he thought to himself."Venus" he mutters then logs out.

Chapter 2: The Key of Twilight

The next day Dart logged back on. He e-mailed Mimmaru to meet him later. They met in a tavern in Mac Anu."What do you need Dart?" asked Mimmaru in a sweet and reassuring voice."I don't know I'm confused about yesterday.What did Tsukasa do to me." he was shocked to realize the way he said Tsukasas' name. As if he had known Tsukasa before. Mimmaru took no notice though."Do you remember anything that happened yesterday?" she asked. He was about to say no when he saw a flash in his mind of him and the others laughing. "I re.." but he stopped short to another flash of him fighting a ball of liquid. "This wasn't yesterday, " he thought to himself. "What's going on?" he finally said.Mimmaru replied," Yesterday Tsukakasa used a spell to bring back all your memory's, but you wouldn't be awake. Well you just wont remember anything that happened. There isn't a spell that can bring your memory back. Last year, the memory's you can't remember, Tsukasa couldn't log out of the game. Thanks to you he can. We met everybody along the way, to help solve the mystery. Then we met Venus..." "Venus" Dart thought. One year ago, Dart met Venus. They fought each other and Dart lost. She kept her eye on him and he found himself...."Can't remember," he said aloud." Do what?" asked Mimmaru."What?...OH, um.. nothing go on."He could feel himself turn red."Well, with Venus's help we discovered the Key of Twilight, but Tsukasa couldn't log out. His guardian attacked us. It was a ball of liquid that was super strong. We all fought it, but it attacked Venus. You took the attack for Venus, Cloud had been hit in the arm before hand and it became paralyzed. You were killed by it. We had no idea what happened to you. Then after awhile Bear saw you somewhere and here you are." she was crying it seemed."Mimmaru are you okay?" "I'm fine... it's just... we had no idea what happened to you. I was so scared." she rapped her arms around him and put her head on his chest." I had fallen in love with you Dart. To find out that you can't remember anything..." she stopped and continued to cry, even tho there weren't any tears he was sure she was crying in TRW.(the real world) "It's okay I'm here now." she looked up and smiled at him."Thank you."she replied."Well anyway,"she continued," maybe the Key of Twilight can bring back your memory." Dart thought for a moment,"Hey maybe it can, lets give it a try." Mimmaru stopped smiling,"The problem is that we don't know if it still exists." After some more discussion they agreed to go back to the Castle, a mysterious land where they first found the Key. Dart walked down the dark street of Mac Anu alone."Now I know that I did lose my memory, I have to get it back. I feel like i need it now more than ever. He walked up to the Chaos Gate but before he logged off he heard an echo, a memory of a voice saying," I love you Dart, please... don't die." It wasn't a flash but it was a memory.It also wasn't Mimmaru. Now even more confused he logged off, to find more answers the next day.

Chapter3 Lucifer

One week later Dart returned to "The World,".
"Hey Dart!"shouted Mimmaru.he waved, but it surprised him that he did so.Only a week now and he feels for sure that he knows these people." I think I'm starting to remember things now."he told Mimmaru."Like what?"she asked."Only about a battle."
"A battle?"
"Yeah, with Tsukasas' guardian.I think it was the battle..." but then,Dart had another flash.There was a loud yelling, it was him he was surrounded in a pool of his blood.He could here voices but couldn't see anything.The voices began to fade."No"he thought,"It can't end now, I don't understand,I need to know MOORE!!!"
"Go on." said Mimmaru."Do what?"
"You just said battle then stopped talking for like two seconds."
"Oh,"Dart looked at the ground a look of confusion upon his face,"I had another memory, what happened to me one year ago?" Mimmaru looked at him, didn't say anything just stared.She then started,"We found these runes that showed the way to the eye of the twilight.We needed the eye to find the key.Well, a wave master we new stole the eye and opened it and warped to the Castle. The wave master then searched for the key while we fought the guardian.'
"Wait, why did that wave master betray you?"
"She was under the influence by a man named Lucifer."
"Lucifer,that name sounds so familiar."
"Thats because he was your fathers friend.Lucifer killed your father, because he new what Lucifer was planning.But he needed the key to complete the scheme he needed all the twilight items.
"What was his plan?"
"To control the game.The game is so advanced that if an expert hacker could find away to control the game he or she could control all technology."
"Then the world had no way of stopping him."Mimmaru nodded,"Right, but he didn't expect to come across you.
"Me?"
"Yes you,he also needed to get you, or what you have. The twilight bracelet"
"The what?"
"That item has the power to rewrite the data of a monster or a player.It can make them weaker or stronger. Like all the items it is illegal and outlawed."
"I'm an outlaw?"Mimmaru giggled,"No, nobody knows about it.Well except for one time Lucifer put a bounty on your head. It wore off after awhile guess it didn't matter anyway, all he needed was the key. So the battle raged on and you ended up fighting and killing Lucifer."
"I thought you cant die that its just a game?"
"Thats true but something happened, a virus struck the game, and it became real.Everybody was kicked off except for us."
"What?!"
"Yep, we realized we had to careful because Tsukasa cut himself and he bled.Well after you killed Lucifer the guardian attacked Venus and you took the attack for her.You lied there and asked if Venus was all right. She lied on your chest and cried. I... stood back and watched. Well when the guardian attacked you something reacted with bracelet and the guardian died.The guardian was the key the entire time, Tsukasa used it and was able to log out. Before he did he said he might revive you, he tried something but it didn't seem to work.There was nothing we could do but we did bury your body in the world.It still doesn't make sense that your standing here right now." Mimmaru looked at the sky then said,"Hey its gettin' late we should log off." They walked up to the Chaos Gate."Hey, Mimmaru," she turned around,"Yes?"
"Thanks for being there for me."Then he kissed her. She blushed then quickly logged off. Dart smiled, but that soon changed by a loud bang and a hideous menacing laugh.
