Map Selection and victory points are posted July 7th.
The key for this tournament is you must play the different countries. You will be allowed to play one country a maximum of twice and all other seven countries one time at most for the entire tournament. The Swiss portion will be three games. All three games will use the same map layout. High die roll will be first player and gets choice of friendly map edge or first choice of country. Each game will last a maximum of 75 minutes. Top 8 players based on record then points will advance to single elimination. Different map layouts will be used in each round. The final will be 2 matches with the winner based on total points with fewest loss as a tie-breaker.

Yes there's a heavy penalty for not finishing before 75 minutes are up.
Play is continuous, but these are the times I expect.
Tue 10 AM - 1st Match

Once all match assignments are complete, no latecomers will be accepted.
All games will be ended after a set time limit; winner of game will be determined as if Night has fallen. Bonus points are given to games completing within the time limit.
