What is an Aktion Club?

Aktion Clubs are the newest sponsored club member of the Kiwanis International family. An Aktion Club is a community service group composed of adult citizens who live with disabilities.

The mission of the Aktion Club is to provide an opportunity to:

• develop initiative and leadership.
• serve the community.
• experience living and working together.
• prepare for useful citizenship.

Aktion Clubs encourage members to interact socially and make positive contributions to their community. Aktion Club members strive to return the benefits and caring they have received, while developing important personal skills.
