Annual Lutfisk Supper

I don’t always make it to the annual lutfisk supper, but I’lll leave the information from the November 20, 2003 supper so you’ll get a flavor of it (not lutfisk flavor!).

 

Meals were served at three settings: 5, 6, and 7 p.m.  We first met at the Swedish Heritage and Cultural Center for hors d’oeuvres: sil, ost, köttbullar, knäckebröd, lingon berries, and glogg.

We then went down town to the Senior Center for the main course of: lutfisk, bruna böner, potatis, gurkor, råg bröd, östkaka, and kräm.
