Rentals
The
YMCA is available for rent to businesses, organizations, families, schools,
churches, etc. The YMCA can be the perfect place for activities such as club
meetings, dances, business meetings and holiday and birthday parties. One can
rent the YMCA whether it is open or closed. Please contact John Blomstedt,
Program Operations Manager, for more information.
Overnight
Rentals
Times:
10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Friday – Sunday)
10:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m. (Monday – Thursday)
Cost:
$240.00 – for up to 50 people, each
additional person is $5.00 each
Lifeguard Fee:
To be set by the Aquatic Director – 2 hours

Damage Deposit:
$100.00 deposit in the form of a check is
required before the date of the rental. The check will be returned after all of
the rental contract obligations are met. Any damages will be taken out of the
damage deposit. If the rental is canceled less than 7 days before the rental,
the deposit will NOT be refunded.
Evening Rentals
Times:
Any 3-hour time period when the YMCA is
closed
Cost:
$140.00 for up to 50 people, each additional
person is $3.00
Lifeguard Fee:
To be set by the Aquatic Director—2 hours

NONE—If 15 or less people are attending—pool
use limited to two hours
$15—if more than 15 people are attending—pool
use limited to two hours

required before the date of the rental. The check will be returned after all of

Members
who are coordinating an event will receive a 15% discount off of rental costs.
Tennis Center Rental
Birthday Package
Time:
1 or 2 hours of all 4 courts and viewing area
2 hours of 1/2 of Multi–purpose room
Cost:
$70.00, no limit on # of people, 1 hour of court time
$100.00, no limit on # of people, 2 hours of court time

Evening Rental Option
Time:
3 hours for all 4 courts and viewing area, Multi-purpose room and Gym
Cost:
$175.00
If the YMCA is closed there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per hour for
a YMCA staff member to be on hand during rental.

Supervision: Rental groups must provide adult supervision for groups with children (high school age or younger) at the rate of one adult per ten (10) children.
Areas Included: Large gym, lobby, kitchen, multi-purpose room and swimming pool (lifeguard required—YMCA will provide lifeguards if usage if pool area is requested). Two-hour maximum. Aquatic Director will set rate.
Equipment Provided: Volleyballs and basketballs will be provided as needed. Minimal number of tables and chairs are available. The rental group is responsible for set up and take down of all chairs and table used.
Clean up: All areas of usage must be cleaned, swept and trash emptied at the end of the rental by the rental group. Failure to do so will result in money being deducted off of the damage deposit.
Special Arrangements: Any arrangements for changes in the above listed areas of use, time, equipment, cost, etc., MUST be made through the Aquatic Director.
Reserving a date: The rental form along with deposit check must be obtained before a rental date is reserved. If interested in reserving a date for your group, please contact the YMCA.
Facility Usage
Gymnasium:
$100.00 unlimited time when the YMCA is
CLOSED
$50.00 one to three hours when YMCA is OPEN
Swimming Pool:
$50.00 per hour (includes lifeguard)
The Lessee shall adhere to appropriate
lifeguard requirements and appropriate emergency rules & requirements set
forth by the YMCA.
Multi-Purpose Room:
$30.00 per hour
Dedicated Fitness Room:
$30.00 per hour
Baby-Sitting Room:
$20.00 per hour
Health/Fitness Area:
$35.00 per hour plus a staff fee of $15.00
per hour
All
facility usage after building hours will be charged $10.00 per hour for YMCA
staff supervision and a $25.00 damage deposit.
All
usage will be charged $16.00 for custodial services (if needed).
