BILLS You
should receive your utility bill around the 1st
of the month and it is due on the 20th
of the month. The office hours are
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
There is also a drop box located beside the door of City Hall for utility
payments for after hours. Drop box
payments are collected daily. Your
utility bill will include charges for your usage on water/sewer.
It also includes your garbage charge, which is a flat rate, and includes
collection of recycling. Here is a
breakdown of the charges: Water:
